State and Related Binder Specifications
As service to and in support of the aspahlt indudstry and our clients, PRI has compiled and standardized a state listing of SUPERPAVE™ Performance Graded (PG) Binder specifications.
These specifications are maintained in concert with the Asphalt Institute. We strongly recommend the viewer confirm the accuracy of the specifications as listed, as the specifications should be considered a living document and may change without our knowledge (Special Provisions to these documents are common practice). For your assistance, we have provided the state contact person and email address to facilitate verifications of the specifications.
