 PRI Asphalt Technologies, Inc. is proud to announce the one year anniversary of PRI Midwest, LLC its second location in Munster, IN.
In addition to completing our first year as an AMRL Paving Binder Certified laboratory, we also mark this milestone by becoming accredited by the Construction Materials Engineering Council (CMEC) as an ISO 17025 Laboratory.
ISO 17025 laboratory accreditation is recognized worldwide as the
standard for calibration and testing laboratories. Laboratories that are
accredited to this international standard have demonstrated that they
are technically competent and able to produce precise and accurate test
and/or calibration data.
Accreditation is a voluntary, third
party-reviewed process. As part of accreditation, our laboratory's
quality management system is thoroughly evaluated on a regular basis to
ensure continued technical competence and compliance with ISO 17025.
This is an important milestone in the continuing growth and success of our PRI Midwest testing laboratory.
This accreditation in addition to our AASHTO R18 accreditation shows
our commitment to providing the highest levels of quality testing to our
clients, and the same high level of conduct in our business practices.
Accreditation for ISO 17025 is proof of this commitment, and
signifies that we have met the rigorous standards of a nationally
recognized third party.
