PRI Asphalt Technologies, Inc., located in Tampa, FL and founded in 1990, is a small, privately held business chartered in the State of Florida. PRI’s ownership is completely independent in ownership operation and control of any manufacturing or distributing company. PRI provides research, development, and third-party testing and certification for the asphalt industry.
PRI Asphalt Technologies, Inc., its employees, associates and contract employees, does not have, nor does it intend to have a financial interest in any product manufacturing company for which PRI may provide its technical services, including testing and certification.
